Project Overview
Descritpion:
NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) is an integrated healthcare delivery network, with more then 140 locations in the ChicagoLand area. In 2018, 88 Brand Partners was challenged to evolve the campaign “Healthcare for What’s Next” into a modernized creative marketing strategy, while still retaining the tagline. This new system not only provides bold visuals with flexible structures to fit various media platforms, but also communicates seamlessly as a brand message and across NorthShore’s service lines, including orthopedics, neurological care, cancer care and more. And it does so across a range of mediums, most notably television and out-of-home.
Our strategy involved in-depth research and creative exercises to create distinct campaigns that showcased NorthShore’s expertise. Each campaign was tailored to emphasize holistic care, from patient transformation in bariatric medicine to compassionate oncology care and proactive COVID-19 relief.

We executed the campaigns with a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across digital, print, and social media channels. Patient-centric content, including success stories and expert testimonials, ensured the campaigns resonated with the target audience.
Impact

The campaigns significantly increased awareness of NorthShore’s specialties, enhanced patient engagement, and reinforced their mission. This effort illustrated Northshore’s dedication to patient well-being and commitment to medical excellence.
